Oscar A. Sanchez

Founding Member

Oscar is the founder of OAS Mediation. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Civil Circuit and Appellate Mediations, and he has the Florida Supreme Court Approved Certificate of Training Completion for Court-Appointed Arbitrators. Oscar is the Chair Elect of The Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, in addition to serving on a number of other Florida Bar committees and sections. He is a frequent speaker on trending legal issues, often focusing on mediation and on legal ethics. He is routinely awarded the highest rating recognized by peer reviewing organizations such as Best Lawyers in America and Martindale Hubbell. Before founding OAS Mediation, he was an equity partner with am AmLaw 100 law firm. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning membership in the Order of the Coif.
