About Us

Oscar A. Sanchez

Founding Member

Oscar is a Past Chair of Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of The Florida Bar, in addition to serving on a number of other Florida Bar committees and sections. He is on the AAA Master Mediators Panel and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Civil Circuit and Appellate Mediations, and he has the Florida Supreme Court Approved Certificate of Training Completion for Court-Appointed Arbitrators.

Oscar is a frequent speaker on trending legal issues, often focusing on legal ethics. Before founding OAS Mediation, he was an equity partner with an AmLaw 100 law firm. He has his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning membership in the Order of the Coif.
